Universal Bushes
Not every vehicle, conversion or special build has a vehicle-specific bush. For these cases SuperPro offers universal solutions: universal anti-roll bar bushes with matching bracket and polyurethane raw material from which you can machine your own bushes.
Universal anti-roll bar bushes with bracket
Universal anti-roll bar bushes are chosen by the diameter of the bar. With the matching bracket they replace worn-out or unavailable mounts, for example on conversions, classics and special vehicles.
- The bracket is chosen per set to match the bush (in the shop: for example a bracket for M10 bolts).
- Measure your bar diameter with calipers, ideally on the removed bar or a well accessible section.
- Fit the polyurethane bush with SuperPro silicone grease – polyurethane and metal must never run dry against each other.

Your own bushes from SuperPro raw material
SuperPro polyurethane is also available as round rod in 70, 80, 90 and 95 Shore A. It can be turned on a lathe into your own bushes, spacers and mounts for special applications.
- The material is oil- and UV-resistant, abrasion-resistant and tear-resistant – well suited to suspension and automotive use.
- It can only be machined by turning. Milling, melting and re-casting are not possible.

Important: metal shell or solid?
Some polyurethane bushes have a metal shell, others are made entirely of polyurethane (with a flange for retention). Bushes you turn from raw material are always solid bushes. Every contact surface between polyurethane and metal must be lubricated with SuperPro silicone grease – see the fitting guide.
