Delivery times
Since we offer well over 12000 different articles, it is unfortunately not always possible to keep all articles in stock and to guarantee a short delivery time. If the articles are marked in the shopping cart as "not in stock", the goods must be ordered. In this case the delivery time is 1-2 weeks (depending on the stock at the manufacturer). If the product is marked with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks, this must be produced by the manufacturer first.
With a stated delivery time of 3-4 working days, the goods are stored in Germany.
Depending on the parcel service also the delivery times are different. Hermes generally needs a little longer than DHL for delivery. In the following tables you will find an overview of the delivery times according to parcel service:
