Launch of the new reinforced and adjustable drop links

SuperPro has recently launched a new range of reinforced and adjustable drop links with uniball joints. They were developed to ensure performance and handling as well as consistently stable suspension geometry. The drop links are available in various lengths and thread sizes. Thanks to their adjustability they are also available for a wide range of vehicle models and can be optimally matched to the suspension.

The drop links are made from high-quality 6060 T5 aluminium, have a blue anodised finish and an engraved SuperPro logo. In use they considerably reduce bending compared with original drop links. Thanks to the threads at both ends they can also be re-adjusted very easily – even on site without a hoist. The adjustability also solves any problems caused by lowering or raising the vehicle. In motorsport, too, the higher loads often mean that original drop links have to be replaced by more robust aluminium components.

When our drop links are used together with SuperPro sports swaybars, the benefits of stable suspension geometry, improved stability and more direct steering are even greater. In addition to the performance aspect they can also be used in service as a replacement for the original parts – especially if these are no longer available on the market. The uniball joints used for our drop links are larger than on original products, which reduces friction in the joint and ensures a longer service life. The adjustability also brings the advantage of load distribution through the preload of the swaybar when setting corner weights, so that, for example, the weight of the driver can be distributed better across both axles.

The new range currently comprises 20 part numbers. The products are offered in a wide variety of lengths to make them universally usable for vehicles that may not be listed in our catalogue. The range covers drop links from 75/85 mm up to 320/365 mm in length with joint thread sizes of 10 and 12 mm.
